1. Overview

This website, novarixstore.com (the "Site"), is operated by NOVARIX FASHION LLC ("NOVARIX," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any purchase you make from us.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy also apply to your use of the Site and your orders.

2. Online Store Terms

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by transmitting malicious code.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

3. General Conditions

We may refuse or cancel an order, or restrict access to the Site, where we have a legitimate reason to do so, for example suspected fraud, misuse of the Site, or a breach of these Terms. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity that takes place under your account.

4. Products and Pricing

We sell apparel that is made to order. We try to display product colors, designs, and sizing as accurately as possible, but colors can look different from one screen to another, and print placement and garment measurements may vary slightly between items.

Prices are shown on the Site and confirmed at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, or change or discontinue products, at any time; changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Occasionally, information on the Site may contain an error, such as an incorrect price or description. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order with the correct information or cancelling it for a full refund.

5. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been shipped. If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made for it.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information so that we can complete your order and reach you if needed.

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details. Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, production starts soon after an order is placed. If you want to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible and we will tell you whether that is still possible. Details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have statutory cancellation, return, and refund rights, as noted in that policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery times, destinations, and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the NOVARIX name and logo, designs, graphics, images, and text, are owned by NOVARIX FASHION LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

If you send us comments, reviews, or suggestions, you allow us to use them in connection with our business without compensation to you. Please do not send us content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

The Site relies on services provided by third parties, such as Shopify, payment providers, production partners, and shipping carriers. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. To the extent permitted by law, NOVARIX FASHION LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. This includes your statutory rights as a consumer, such as rights relating to products that are faulty or not as described, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer who lives outside the United States, including in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
